With over twelve years’ experience, Nick developed a proven ability to manage stakeholder requirements, subcontractors and workforces. He has wide-reaching experience in structure, façade, design coordination, fitout and supervision.

Construction Manager

Mark was appointed one of Marcus Group’s Construction Managers in 2018. He now heads multiple construction teams with a strong focus on the best possible delivery outcomes every time.

Enthusiastic, loyal and committed to delivering quality products, Mark is a highly accomplished Construction Manager with strong leadership qualities and a focus on building positive team environments, driving successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

Adam Benich

Construction Manager

In 2017 Adam was appointed Marcus Group Construction Manager. Over the past ten years, Adam has been involved in a variety of projects across the commercial, retail, industrial, single and multi-residential sectors.

Adam plays an integral role in continually delivering exceptional results guided by his unparalleled understanding of design, services and structure delivery.

Ray Mizzi

Construction Manager

As Construction Manager of Marcus Group, Ray heads our pre-delivery team. This pre-delivery model has proved effective in elevating the successful handover to our construction delivery teams.

Over his time, Ray has worked over multiple sectors consisting of residential, recreational, health and aged care projects. His manages all facets of the design and services process through to completion.

Jeremy Barrow

New Business and Estimating Manager

Jeremy brings over seventeen years of cost planning and estimating experience to Marcus Group. His commercially minded approach, attention to detail and ability to find the optimum project solution via value management are highly regarded.

He has valued interpersonal skills which makes him approachable in any business environment as he always relishes the next challenging opportunity.

Justine Hadj

Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager of Marcus Group, Justine’s primary responsibility is to achieve a continual delivery of pipeline projects by developing and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients; and by identifying and driving new business opportunities.

Over the course of her career, Justine have held several roles in the construction industry, demonstrating a broad spectrum of knowledge across multiple areas of construction including health and safety, quality, design, project management and delivery.

Gino Aiello

General Manager

With over thirty years’ experience, Gino has overseen the operations of all projects working closely with our site teams to deliver our projects safely and successfully. As General Manager for the Marcus Group business, Gino’s strong leadership skills are now a driving force behind the way we run our business.

With a proven track record on delivery, he’s unstoppable energy has enabled him to guide numerous projects teams whilst collaborating with our subcontractors to deliver quality and excellence on our projects.

David Pywell

Commercial Manager

David has been involved in the construction industry for over forty years and has worked in various roles as a structural draftsman, contract administrator, estimator and general manager.

As Marcus Group’s commercial manager David leads the business in overseeing the financial operations of our projects.

Jude Bedier

Financial Controller

With over thirty years’ experience, Jude is ABD Group’s Financial Controller. His primary responsibility is to plan and implement all the finance activities for the company, maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.

Jude’s ability lies in optimising the commercial performance and long-term strategic positioning of the company, whilst continuously improving financial control, risk management, financial planning and analysis.

Raffaele Aiello

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

With over thirty-five years’ experience in the construction industry, Raffaele made the transition from carpenter to company-founder early in his career after discovering his passion for premium quality construction.

It’s through industry knowledge obtained from his early career that sees Raffaele continue to take Marcus Group to new heights. As a dynamic and determined leader, Raffaele steers the vision of Marcus Group, managing the overarching strategy and long-term trajectory of the business.

Andrew Christou

Construction Director

Andrew joined Marcus Group in 2016 with over ten years’ experience in the construction industry. Andrew is now responsible for executing construction delivery of our projects, ensuring that our high standards are carried out on site across each and every project.

With a proven reputation of managing projects with complex site logistics and a background of working on site, Andrew has the working knowledge to think of outside-the-box solutions to ensure best outcome for all stakeholders involved.
