The Marcus Group Management team

The strength of the Marcus Group lies very much within the experience and capabilities of its management team. They have been chosen not just for their track record at ABD Building, but their ability to work successfully with clients and build teams and systems to ensure the best outcomes in terms of build quality and budget.

Raffaele Aiello
Director / General Manager

Raffaele began his career in the construction industry as a carpenter in 1989. Nine years later he started Casello Constructions with a passion to build a company founded on quality.

The company prospered as one successful project followed another and – quite significantly – repeat business grew dramatically.

He founded ABD Group in 2006 and continued to lead from the front – instilling his expertise, passion and drive for construction into every aspect of the company.
